This is a modernised townhouse in Cambridge’s old town, where we photographed the kitchen for Nicholas Anthony. The space is clean-lined and well planned, with the kitchen and living area working together as one open space. We focused on the layout, lighting and how the kitchen uses the space effectively.

What we really loved was the large window looking out onto the garden. It brings in plenty of light and frames the greenery outside, which ties in beautifully with the green tones used inside. The kitchen feels calm and practical, with good storage and simple detailing, while original elements like the doors are kept as a feature.
